History
The company’s origins began in 1968, when the Environmental Sciences Corporation was founded. After decades of steady growth and several mergers and acquisitions, Covance was officially established in 1997. Now owned by Labcorp, a world leader in healthcare diagnostics, Covance provides comprehensive drug development services.
