Surface Home Cleaning

At Lehigh Center for Clinical Research, nothing means more to us than your safety and peace of mind. As our country continues to work toward a sustainable plan to reopen safely, LCCR is here to tell you about all the precautions we’re taking to make your experience with us as safe and stress-free as possible.

If you’re feeling sick, have a cough, fever, runny nose, or sore throat, we suggest not visiting us for a clinical research study at this time. If symptoms persist, please contact your doctor for medical advice and to receive proper care if needed.

Mandatory Face Masking

Each individual who enters our facility is required to wear a mask. This includes all trial participants, employees, researchers, and guests.

If you don’t have a mask, we’ll supply you with one as soon as you enter our building. Masks must be worn at all times, and must fully cover both the nose and mouth of the wearer.

Physical and Social Distancing

In addition to mandatory face masking, we’ve also adopted physical and social distancing protocols. We’ve configured all waiting rooms and congregation areas to expand space and ensure that everyone is spaced at least six feet apart.

In addition, we have also added protective shields to all reception areas and limited the number of non-participant visitors allowed into the building.

Strategic Scheduling and Screening Process

At LCCR, we have modified our schedule to lower your risk of COVID-19 as much as possible. We are now accepting fewer participants per day and staggering appointment times to avoid unnecessary density within the building and maximize cleaning time. We are also prioritizing non-physical communication, such as phone calls, whenever possible.

In addition, each staff member, participant, and non-participant guest are screened for signs of illness prior to entering our facility. This includes temperature checks at the door as well as visual and verbal symptom checks.

Extra Cleaning Measures

Each restroom, waiting room, congregation area, and study area is being deep-cleaned multiple times per day and between each patient. All surfaces are cleaned both before and after a participant enters the room. We are following all rigourous cleaning and disinfection protocols, ensuring that your risk is minimized as much as possible.

Whether you are looking to participate in a clinical research study relating to mood disorders like bipolar, depression, or general anxiety disorder, or other types of studies relating to memory, migraine, or fibromyalgia, the Lehigh Center for Clinical Research is prioritizing your safety during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
